Booking Policies

1. General Policies

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A valid special code must be entered during the booking process to access promotional rates or offers.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.

2. Payment Policies

• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service or product.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment platforms.
• All prices are quoted in USD($) and are inclusive of all statutory taxes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking date will be eligible for a full/partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking date may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable and will forfeit any deposit paid.
• Special offers, discounts, or promotional bookings are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the booking date and are subject to availability.
• Rescheduling for promotional bookings may not be permitted or may incur a fee.

5. Special Code Policies

• Special codes must be valid at the time of booking and are non-transferable.
• Only one special code can be applied per booking.
• Special codes cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Guest/Participant Information

• Accurate and complete information must be provided during the booking process.
• The booking holder is responsible for ensuring all guests/participants adhere to the venue or service provider’s policies.

7. Liability

• The Hotel provider is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the booked service or event.
• Guests/participants are advised to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided.

8. Changes to Booking Policies

• The company reserves the right to update or modify booking policies at any time without prior notice.
